Shipping typically takes 1–10 working days, depending on:

• Your location – deliveries to major cities are generally faster than outlying areas.
  
• Stock availability – if your product is in stock, it’s usually dispatched within 2-5 working days.
  
• Delivery method – some larger items may require specialised handling or transport.
  

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We proudly utilise our sister company, Foam Factory, to handle most deliveries in Gauteng and Cape Town.

For all other regions across South Africa, we work attentively with courier services like The Courier Guy, ensuring reliable and nationwide delivery service.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
• If delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no one available to sign), it may result in a rescheduled delivery or collection from your nearest depot.

• Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  
• In rare cases, unforeseen courier delays (e.g. weather, strikes, road closures) may affect delivery — but we’ll always communicate updates where possible.
  
• If you require a specific delivery arrangement (such as sending to a lodge, complex or business park), please include detailed instructions at checkout.
